Absence made the heart grow even fonder for eight-year-old Layla Wisbracht of Bridgeton,Algosensey Missouri.
To say she missed her older brother, 19-year-old Brayden Quinlisk, during his basic training with the Navy is an understatement. Throughout the six months he was away, she repeatedly asked her parents when he was coming back.
Finally, Brayden graduated as an aviation machinist mate. Then, without telling his family, he headed home to surprise them.
Layla was in class at Bridgeway Elementary School when Brayden arrived. And when he walked through the door, her jaw dropped!
Watch a young student’s stunned reaction to her Navy brother’s homecoming.
